Pax's Cancer Journey:
On December 23rd, 2013, Pax was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma. After completing 4 cycles of chemotherapy, the doctors told Pax's family that the chemo was not working and that Pax would need surgery to remove the tumor. Surgery came with its own complications and the recovery was difficult for Pax. Pax underwent 2 more cycles of chemo after surgery and did just fine with them. Pax has been cancer-free for 2 years and to see him now you probably would not know he had been through so much at such a young age!
